Kathleen Jamie

Jamie was born in 1962 in Scotland. In 1994, she was named as one of the ‘new generation poets’. She became Professor of Creative Writing at the University of Stirling in 2011. Collections include The Queen of Sheba (Bloodaxe, 1994), The Tree House (Picador, 2004), which won the Forward Prize for Poetry in 2004, and The Overhaul (Picadaor, 2012).
