Jane Hirshfield

Jane Hirshfield was born in 1953. She is the author of several collections of verse, including Come, Thief (2011) and After (2006), which was shortlisted for the T S Eliot Prize. Her poems ‘Red Wine is Fined by Adding Broken Eggshells’ and ‘The Dark Hour’ were featured in the Spring 2012 issue of The Poetry Review. A new collection, The Beauty, is due to be published by Bloodaxe in spring 2015.
